Evorel Conti patches.. Insomnia

Hi All

I've just started taking these and although it's only been a week, I can definitely feel the difference (less anxiety, increased sexual libido, no headache). However, for the past couple of nights I've had severe insomnia (this was not one of my previous symptoms). Just wondering if anyone else has insomnia on these and if it gets better. Thanks in advance.

One of my menopause symptoms was insomnia, two days after first patch slept through for first times in ages, sorry not helpful

I've only started taking them so I'm not sure yet. My sleeping is pretty poor anyway, not sure I could cope if it got worse! I feel like the hot flushes, which weren't too bad before, have ramped up a bit. Not sure if that's coincidence or if things get worse before they get better.

This! Really sorry but this was my main symptom and within days I was sleeping through, despite other major stresses.

I totally love HRT

Oh have just seen how I can actually quote - sorry if my post doesn’t make much sense initially!

How is your sleep now, @Ihateboris ? Are you still taking HRT?

Ihateboris · 30/09/2022 18:44

Yes, still using the patches and I'm happy to report that I now sleep like a baby, skth it did take a few weeks to kick in.
