No bleed after stopping progesterone

I've recently changed from 4 pumps estrogel to 3 sprays lenzetto (due to estrogel shortage). This has been my 1st month on lenzetto.

Taken with 200g Utrogestan nightly for 12 days as per normal.

Took my last Utrogestan 6 days ago and no sign of a withdrawal bleed yet!

I was prev on the estrogel with little problems. Over 12 months on it. Only a couple of times did I have spotting over and above the expected withdrawal bleed.

Should I worry? Should I change the lenzetto dosage? Can't speak with GP until Tues at the earliest due to Bank holiday (and even then slim chance of actually getting to speak with her!)

I had one month where went 5 or 6 days over before a bleed. As late, googled and consensus seemed to be a month with no bleed not a concern. (Femoston 1/10).
However, I did have bleed eventually...

I'm on tablets too and haven't had a bleed for 5 months.

The nurse explained that the HRT is too low a level to mimic natural cycles and when you reach menopause properly you'll stop having bleeds despite being on HRT.

Once you don't have a period for a year I believe you get put onto a different type of HRT rather that the cyclical type.

Op, could this be the case?

I guess 1 month might not be a great issue bit unsure whether to start the progesterone again assuming I don't have a bleed that is. Will have to see if I can speak with the GP about it, thanks

Hmm I guess it's possible but it seems coincidental that this month ive switched from oestrogel to lenzetto and now no bleed.

It may be that I need to increase the lenzetto dose but will need to speak with GP. Thanks 🙂
