I've been taking HRT since Oct.
It's made me calmer & helped with aches & pains.
But, my god I'm huge! My breasts are so painful every time I take the progesterone. I look about 6 months pregnant ffs.

I needed to lose weight before taking the HRT. And now I just feel like a massive bloated lump.

I don't know what the answer is. I feel like crying. 😢

It sound like you're either on the wrong dosage or on the wrong type of hrt for you.
