Bladder /VA despair

Am in total despair right now.
Have been experiencing bladder irritation and frequent weeing for 5 weeks now. Ever since I dropped my Oestrogen patch from 75 to 1mg oral ( to try and stop bleeding). The whole outside area feels sore and irritated. I am a regular user of vagifem, ovestin and YES products, but nothing is working.

I've done an e consult to GP but heard nothing. I think it's an infection and want the wee tested.

It's getting me down big time now .. what else can I do??

I think that some of the pharmacies- Lloyds and Superdrug- offer an email consultation and you can get anti bs from them if they are happy for you to try that.

and that's a big drop in your HRT dose. A 75mcg patch is more than 2 mcg so you have halved it.

Why not go back to the patch as well?

I dropped the patch because of persistent bleeding. Chelsea are meant to be ringing tomorrow, so I'm going to ask to change to a stronger progesterone to hopefully combat the bleeding.

Have just messaged the surgery to please ring me tomorrow as I can't cope any longer.

Jingling, is a 75 patch 2mg Hrt? I thought it was about 1.5 mg or 3 pumps? Crikey no wonder things are going pear shaped!

75mcg patch = 3-4 pumps gel
4 pumps = 3mgs

So twice as much as you assumed.

Oh god. that explains a lot!
Now I've got VA or bladder issues that I can't get under control.
