Lenzetto and headache

Started Lenzetto and Utrogestan, which I take nightly (one spray) just over a month ago and wake up every morning with a headache and heavy eyes. Does this affect anyone else and did you find changing to a different type of HRT cured it? No longer suffer from chronic insomnia and night sweats are much better but don’t think I can handle having a headache for a majority of the day. I tried upping Lenzetto to two sprays and that made it worse so I’m thinking that is what is causing the headache rather than the Utrogestan.

You could try taking the Lenzetto in the morning and a second spray about lunchtime then just the progesterone at night and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks for that I’ll give it a go. I may try missing the progesterone for one night and see if that makes a difference. That way I’ll definitely know which one it is causing the headache.
