Oestrogen - when to take it?

I started using Oestrogel about 6 months ago and initially found that my sleep improved. I was just using one pump a day.

Recently my sleep has been dire - less than 5 hours a night which is not sustainable for me. The GP has suggested I increase to 2 pumps a day.

I had previously been taking it in the morning but is it likely to help my sleep more if I take it in the evening?

Anyone have an ideas?

Just try it and see:) These things are very individual. HRT doesn't work like pain killers etc where there is some kind of 'instant response', it's more about building up the levels in your blood stream and keeping them constant by not missing doses.
