Evorel Conti

Looking for a bit advice. I’m post menopausal and started Evorel Conti in November. All was great for the first 8 weeks then felt symptoms beginning to return. After discussion with GP it was agreed to start using one and a half patches. Since January I’ve had a heavy period every month. Has anyone else had this happen? I feel like just stopping them completely but GP says not to.

I’ve had an interval examination which was fine and a scan which showed a slight thickening and now awaiting a further appointment. (I went through all this the beginning of last year as my first Covid vaccine brought on a bleed…slight thickening then too at scan and had to have a biopsy which was all fine).

Just so fed up with it all now and wondered if in your experience to keep with these patches in the hope it will settle eventually.

Conti is well know for causing bleeding I have read.
That said, I am in the same boat with my evorel 75 patch.
It is great at symptom control, but plagues me with bleeding.
Looking at switching progesterone now.

All a nightmare in my view!
