Feeling So Tired

I am in my early 50s and have been on Evorel Sequi HRT for about a year.

I've been feeling exhausted lately. I had some blood tests and the results were normal. I'm guessing that this is a symptom of the menopause.

I try to go for walks, eat right and can just about get 7.5 hours sleep a night. I don't know what else to do. Anyone else feel exhausted or have any tips? Thanks

My sympathies. I wish I had the answers.

I have wondered about trying to access some testosterone as I have read about it on here.

No advice but I am permanently shattered too. I average about 7 hours sleep a night in a good week but I am exhausted. Occasional naps help. I am on HRT and an assortment of vitamins, minerals and supplements so now wondering if diet and exercise need to drastically change.

I’d love to hear what other women are doing to help.

Same here :-( it's so hard isn't it! I'm not on HRT and just trying to battle through- does not help I got covid last week so although I've managed to WFH it has been very reduced hours and daily naps at lunchtime- that is what has kept me going - you have my every sympathy!

It's another "pajama Saturday" for me. I'm tired after a 4 day week.

@mrsfollowill - hope you feel better soon.
