Is this peri menopause and if so, any recommendations?

Hi everyone. I'm 41 and recently started getting quite bad acne on my jawline and chest. I had teenage acne and took roaccutane which is a fairly heavy drug but did the trick and up till now my skin has been good ever since.

Other changes I've noticed: I'm on the mini pill and have suddenly started having fairly heavy periods each month when I wasn't previously. I've been struggling a bit with fatigue and lack of concentration and having spikes in anxiety.

I'm guessing this is the start of peri menopause? If so does anyone have any recommendations of lifestyle changes, vitamins I can take etc? I'd say my diet is fairly crap and I'm too sedentary. I'm not overweight but my sugar intake is too high. I'm a single parent, work 2 jobs and I run on adrenaline and fizzy drinks. (Yes I know this is bad)

Heavier periods in your early 40s is normal. Consider a vitamin and iron supplement, especially if you’re prone to anaemia. The magnesium in it also helps with restless legs. And try to cut down on sugar (I personally am crap at this but it helps when I do)

@CamMitch ???? The cream you linked to is for vaginal dryness. Over here - not in Canada- women use Ovestin.

How are you using the cream?

Remeasure yourself before buying new bras. I didn't expect my cup size to change when my weight hadn't changed. This cup size change seems to be my main peri symptom, actually.

I am kind of annoyed I spent money last year on what is now (slightly) wrong bra size.
