Femeston conti 0.5 /2.5

I've been taking femeston conti for a month. However, still getting hot flushes and feeling low. I am getting stomache pains though...Should I give up as many friends told me they felt benefits after 2 weeks.

I’m on the 1/5 femeston Conti. Been on it 3 months.
To be honest, it’s not helping me.
Bladder issues have returned, aches and pains and generally feeling a bit meh on it.

I switched to Conti from the patch as I was bleeding.
Now I’m contemplating switching back as my bladder issues are ongoing now.

Maybe give it a bit longer before upping to the 1/5?
