HRT and Covid

Hi all, So I've been on Evorel Sequi patches since September 2021. I've been having a regular but slight irregular bleed (not totally sure if actual period or just 'shedding'). What I mean is once per HRT cycle each month, but not necessarily every 28 days. I've just had Covid which was quite mild and like a cold, and no sign of any bleed despite being nearly at the end of my sequi cycle. Does anyone know if Covid would knock me out of sequence please? I know the vaccines caused problems for me and my daughter's periods. Thanks all xx

Covid gave my teenage DD an “extra” period, although it was unusually painless. It definitely wasn’t the vaccine as she was unvaccinated at the time.

Any viral illness can throw your menstrual cycle off. Anecdotally both the vaccine and the illness of covid made mine a bit off too,

Thanks 😊 I guess it'll turn up sometime lol. My 20yr old DD also had covid and her period turned up early and was pain free. Usually she's popping paracetamol for 1st 2 days
