Hot flushes

Been going through the menopause for last couple of years , dreaded hot flushes more so at night . Currently on second round of covid and I have not suffered one hot flush ??? Anyone else had this

Yes, I’m used to it during the day but at night I have to sleep i my vest and pant otherwise I completely overheat during the night. That’s how I cope.

I been on hrt for ever so I thought it about time to stop it. I tried not very well in reducing it.
After few weeks of stopping omg the migraines pains and worse sweating ever all time.
This is why I started it at beginning.. so I’ve started back on it again.. looks like I have take it forever.
Does anyone know how many days it takes to stop sweating etc after starting it again 🤦🏽‍♀️🙏🏼
