Changing hrt

Hi, awake again and I think my hrt needs changing now. I am currently on elleste duo 2mg and would like to go onto the gel and urostogen. Would anyone kniw the comparable dose so I don't start out on too little hrt?

Hi not sure but if it’s the lowest patch that’s 2pumos of gel the next patch is 3 pumps and obviously the next 4pumps. Sometimes it can just be that you need to change your delivery method so changing to gel might be enough or you might need a higher dose. I was awake early today I’m on gel. I tend to have a couple of night a month I only sleep 5-6 hours but it a million times better than I was. I just think as I’m in peri my hormones are doing a merry dance so sometimes it’s not going to be perfect.

Thanks for replying, all my peri meno symptoms are returning, insomnia, pain in my joints, itchy skin and a couple of new ones - painful bloated breasts. I'm really reluctant to contact the GP as they don't have a clue so I'm gathering as much information as possible before I start
