Hot flushes on oestrogel

After 5 months on Elleste duet and realising I am progesterone intolerant I have finally got the HRT I asked for back in October. Oestrogel 2 pumps and progesterone 2 capsules a day vaginally.
I feel so much better..happier..calmer..less angry..sleeping better.
However last week I got a couple of hot flushes which I have not had for five months so upped my pumps to 3. All good
Yesterday I had another hot flush and 2 this morning.
Experienced people...what are your thoughts?
My synthetic oestrogen was 2mg a day. Am I just in an adjustment period? It has only been a few weeks
I am having 2 pumps in the morning and one in the evening.
Gp hopeless and have basically managed all this myself and really had to fight for it.
TIA

I'd give the new regime a bit longer.
Are you managing to do all the lifestyle things as well, like exercise, little alcohol, low sugar etc? These are all as important as HRT.

Also, I understand it's annoying to have flushes at all, but a couple per day isn't bad. Before HRT mine were very hour!

Thanks @JinglingHellsBells. Can't exercise due to Long Covid. Can barely walk some days but I have lost 1.5 stone since November. So back to pre covid weight now. Low alcohol yes but low sugar no. I have so little pleasure in my life! CakeWink Will stick with it then.

Should I stick with 3 pumps or go back to 2 do you think @JinglingHellsBells ?
