Hot flushes on oestrogel

After 5 months on Elleste duet and realising I am progesterone intolerant I have finally got the HRT I asked for back in October. Oestrogel 2 pumps and progesterone 2 capsules a day vaginally.
I feel so much better..happier..calmer..less angry..sleeping better.
However last week I got a couple of hot flushes which I have not had for five months so upped my pumps to 3. All good
Yesterday I had another hot flush and 2 this morning.
Experienced people...what are your thoughts?
My synthetic oestrogen was 2mg a day. Am I just in an adjustment period? It has only been a few weeks
I am having 2 pumps in the morning and one in the evening.
Gp hopeless and have basically managed all this myself and really had to fight for it.

I'd give the new regime a bit longer.
Are you managing to do all the lifestyle things as well, like exercise, little alcohol, low sugar etc? These are all as important as HRT.

Also, I understand it's annoying to have flushes at all, but a couple per day isn't bad. Before HRT mine were very hour!

Thanks @JinglingHellsBells. Can't exercise due to Long Covid. Can barely walk some days but I have lost 1.5 stone since November. So back to pre covid weight now. Low alcohol yes but low sugar no. I have so little pleasure in my life! CakeWink Will stick with it then.

Should I stick with 3 pumps or go back to 2 do you think @JinglingHellsBells ?
