Evorel sequi patches

Please can someone give me their experience of the evorel sequi patches.I have been on them for 5 months now and I started spotting a week before I should,then I had a 2 week period on the evoerl conti patch .I'm back on the evorel 50 patch but am still spotting .I'm awaiting an ultrasound scan but am getting really worried now as its not stopping.

I don't know about Evorel but any change can cause bleeding if you've swapped different types of patch. I've had weeks of spotting on Oestrogel and Utrogestan, seems pretty common. Could be hormonal, polyps, fibroids, less likely to be anything sinister, especially if you're still having periods. I'm waiting for a hysteroscopy as they thought there might be thickening on the ultrasound, but then I bled all the time on the mini pill too. It's not very nice waiting though.
