Hi everyone, I’m 45 and had ablation about 5 years ago, no periods since then so no idea what my cycle would be like now.
In the last three weeks I’ve started getting hot flushes, about 3-4 a day.
Is this normal for them to suddenly start, for some reason I thought they’d be gradual?
