Is there any hope of this returning without HRT? It’s like someone’s flicked a switch and my libido’s entirely gone.

If libido doesn't return with estrogen and progesterone then adding testosterone may well do it. Citing zero libido seems to be the only way of being prescribed testosterone on the NHS .

Other than that I don't know of any alternative remedies sorry xx

I found exercise gave me a little more oomph in that department, but I have now given in and started HRT. It’s not testosterone, just regular HRT, but I’ve found it has helped a bit.
