Utrogestan and sleep problems?

Hi all I use oestrogel daily and days 15 to 26 of cycle take utrogestan at night. Sleep is different and definitely affected in the utrogestan phase. I'm out for the count .. but then get the dreaded wide awake at 3 or 4 pm. Any thoughts? Could the utrogestan be playing a part, eg wearing off by then and meaning sleep is lighter?

That’s interesting, I’m sleeping brilliantly with the Utrogestan, but hadn’t registered that for the first time in my lifetime, I am waking now spontaneously very suddenly and also needing one hour less sleep (which is a bonus).

Could you experiment - taking the Utrogestan an hour later or two hours later and monitor from there to discern if it is attributed to the meds?
