Fatigue

In the couple of weeks I've just been feeling so tired all the time. I'm up between 4 and 7 times a night to pee. I get up feeling exhausted and it's just continual. I spent this weekend trying to sleep it off but it hasn't made any difference. I've tried various drugs to help me sleep but the tiredness is just wearing me out. I'm full of aches and pains and gone from running 4 times a week to nothing because of pain in my hip, pain in my knees, plantar fasciitis in my heel I'm just so fed up that I don't want to get old if it means constant fatigue & aches and pains.

I hear you. High strength but d3 will help aches and pains. Would you consider HRT? I prefer to take Vogel Menopause Support supplements. Silly me came off the a month ago after taking for three years. Big mistake. Drained exhausted. I have gone back on them the weekend. They also level out nerves and moods for me.

I have been seeing four times a night for six minths. I can usually get back to sleep but I rang Vogel yesterday.and the kind lady advised to dip a tiny glass of warm water last thing at night. Within the final half hour before bed. I tried this and only got up three times so that is progress.

I sympathise totally as menopausal fatigue is nothing like usual tiredness. Sleep nutrition rest nine of that helps. Doctors usually very ill infirned.

How old are you op? I am 58. Good diet little stress other than financial angst somewhat. I haven't been right since 46! I do think the Vogel Menopause Support help me though. Wish I hadn't stopped taking them! Lesson learnt.

Sip the warm water. Just a tiny shot.

38Lightning020: I'm 58 too. Thanks for all the advice. Can't do HRT as I had breast cancer a while ago and told I should take anything that mimics HRT. Beginning to think I should ignore that last bit!

Hi Middle. Not just me nearly 60 then. I dont want HRT either as there is increased stroke risk albeit small and as both my parents had strokes I am too nervous about it.

I hear you.
I’m up at 5am every day but I can’t get past staying awake till 10pm if I’m lucky.
Some afternoons I’d love to just come home and have a siesta ( but obvs can’t) I’m drained by 7pm.
I’m on whole host of vitamins an hrt , but the fatigue Sad
