Dry mouth/lips

For the last week I’ve been experiencing a really dry mouth and lips and just wondering if it’s menopause related. Anyone else have this?

Maybe dehydration? Have you been drinking plenty of fluids? Or, sometimes if you have the heating on a lot it can dry you out. Try a little humidifier and lipbalm.

Not sure if it'll be hormone related but many things are so you never know.

Yes it may well be menopause related. Apparently sea buckthorn oil capsules can help. I have just been suggested this after a helpful phone call to the Vogel helpline.

Thanks both. I do drink plenty of water @JaniieJones. Humidifier is a good idea though.
