My life has transformed since starting HRT, all the anxiety and panic and overwhelming rage has gone. But.
After just under 5 months I had some bleeding- very light, lasted around 3 days. I had had my Covid Booster jab a few days before.
It's now every 10 days! I was on holiday a few weeks ago and had a proper period,- actual blood and needed to use a tampon for 3 days.
I have read about cutting the patch in half so I did that today, but I'm now doubting myself. I will phone the doctor tomorrow as it has been over two months now that I have been having bleeds, but I really do want to stay on HRT, I just can't bear going back to how I was.
I just want it to stop! Has anyone found it stops once it's started? Thank you.
