HRT tablets and panic attacks

I switched from HRT Conti patches to Conti tablets a week ago and I am having panic attacks that have got worse as the week has gone on. Has anyone else experienced this with HRT tablets? I wasn’t having this with the patches but they were not working for my night sweats etc.

No panic attack’s with the Conti tablets, but god awful stomach cramps.

I specifically switched from patch to tablet to try and avoid bleeding and cramps, but no here we go again!
