Oestrogel, showers & mornings

Advice please. I've just started oestrogel. I'm using it in the morning after a shower, but...I work at home so don't have a set routine. Sometimes I just crack on with work, then shower later - so the 'roughly the same time each day' will go out the window. Can I put it on when I get up, as long as it is at least an hour until I shower?

I'm the same, so I apply mine when I get into pj's for bed, as that is less variable.

I think it's on the leaflet (but check) about how long a gap is acceptable. I know it mentions missing a dose and therefore applying it later or leaving it to the next dose.

An hour or two or three won't matter. eg if you normally apply at 8am and don't do it till 10 or 11, that's not a problem. But waiting till 3pm would be a bit late.
