Anyone taking this oil from algae & finding it helps with aches & pains?

If you have meno symptoms, consider HRT.
Omega 3 is not prescribed as treatment and you can get a lot in your diet by eating oily fish a few times a week as well as come seeds, veg, etc.

Am on hrt.
Still achy.
I have heard good things about these supplements & would like to know if anyone has tried them...

Yes, I take Omega 3 (fish oil) every day. Also on HRT. Also take turmeric every day. No aches / pains / stiffness at all now. Felt a difference after about a week. There is evidence that Omega 3 is very beneficial for any type of inflammation. I would definitely recommend it.

Thanks @Scottishflower65
When I first started HRT I was amazed at how it stopped my aches & pains overnight. But they came back.
I have recently upper my hrt but still very stiff & achy.
Thinking I need a more wholistic approach!

Turmeric has a good profile for helping with joint pain.
How much exercise do you do? If you are looking for a holistic approach, maybe think about things like yoga, pilates, and other types of exercise as well as diet?
You could also be assessed to see if it's osteoarthritis, rather than just thinking it's hormonal.

Yes I exercise.
I have been considering asking doc for a scan.

You should get a bone scan too. I’m had one to rule that out but my younger sister has just been diagnosed with pre osteoarthritis. The good news is that HRT does protect against worsening osteoarthritis.
