Dry Eyes driving me loopy today

This is a new symptom for me and has developed over the last week. They're not sore just slightly itchy/gritty and very dry. I think it's likely to be menopause linked - I don't wear contact lenses or spend hours on my phone etc and there's no sign of infection. Any recommendations for treatment? I'm already taking Estradiol and progesterone but wondered if there are any effective topical treatments for the issue?

There are loads of OTC eye drops for this- look in Boots etc.

Me too. I’ve just bought some eye drops for dry eyes from Wilkos, for about £2.50. Could be menopause, could be central heating and days spent staring at a monitor, could be all three!

Cold wind does this to me. The slightly-gloopy kind of eyedrops help a bit-put in before i go out

My menopause specialist GP recommended Hylo Forte eyedrops (Amazon).
When I mentioned this to my optician, he agreed that they were the best drops to use.
