Hello all
This has probably been asked a million times already , I'm sorry if it has , but where is the best place to put your Evorel Sequi patch ?
I only started last week and due my first patch change this evening and yuk the patch residue is a mare to get off ! It looks so grubby and also I put it on my thigh but maybe too high up as it crinkled like mad!
Could you put it on your bum cheek ? I have a pretty flat useless bum so think there would be plenty of space for it to stay on
Thank you all Smile

I put mine on my hips.
I just ignore the sticky residue. It does come off easily after a soak in the bath but a rough scrub with a warm flannel can get it off in the shower.
I suppose if you put them on your bum you wouldn’t really be able see the residue.
I know Lorraine Kelly off itv puts hers on her bum. I really didn’t need to know that though 😂

Someone else suggested here once to rub a little bit of baby oil on a tissue or cotton wool and it comes off easily - it works for me.

The yucky residue! - I hate it too!! I’m like a patchwork of dirty black squares (I shower every day!!)

The patches are working though, oh relief!!

I stick mine on my bum. Plenty of acreage! The residue is horrible, I end u being covered in a patchwork! I don't own any baby oil and can't be arsed to buy any to scrub them off.
