Pimples or rash on my face

I have developed some tiny pimples or maybe it’s a rash on my face on the left side of the cheek (none on the right). It’s hardly noticeable but I can feel them when I touch my face - not sore or itchy. Could this be HRT related as i started four weeks ago? Anyone else had this?

I never had spots even as a teenager but on my first 14 days taking progesterone I had spots and slight rash, I put sudocrem on my face at night all over and it gets rid of them. Think it is the surge in hormones and it should balance out once our bodies get used to the hormones. Hope you are ok, the progesterone is great though for sleep and cannot wait for to start progesterone in a few days again as awful insomnia for years. Take care.

@BOOTS52 thank you so much for replying. Mine went soon after and luckily a one off so as you said probably a hormone surge.
