How to best take Estrogel and Utrogesten

My GP didnt really talk me through all the options, was wondering what time of day is best to take the gel and the progesterone tablet?

Also do these things have to be taken at the exact time of day as well? So if I take Progesterone at 7pm does it have to be exactly at 7pm?

The Estrogel I just slap on after my morning shower. With the progesterone I always wait until bedtime because the leaflet says you should make sure there's a gap after eating before taking it.

I’m not sure if you have to stick to a very rigid times, GP was a bit vague with me as well.

@MrsTrumpton and @Freshprincess thank you both very much. I'm probably overthinking it all waaaay too much! Will go for the estrogel in the morning and the tablet at bedtime, good plan!
