Hot flushes at night

Hi, I'm 52 and have just starting experiencing the above which is really interfering with my sleep. I'm not ruling out HRT but would rather explore other options first as I don't have any other symptoms. I'm already taking evening primrose oil and sage - just wondering if anyone has any other advice?
