I'm perimenopausal, have had a few periods in the past 12 months my last one was in October. I have no obvious symptoms but the past few weeks my legs, knees, elbows, are generally achey all of the time. I'm not taking any supplements or HRT yet. I haven't been to the Dr's yet, and I am overweight.
I was wondering what supplements to start on, what to take to help with the aches.
