This month and last month I have bled mid cycle for a couple of days. I’m on estradot 50 plus Utrogestan 200 on days 14-28.
I’m still getting awful anxiety, hot flushes and night time waking so was considering increasing my estradot dose to 75, but does the mid cycle bleeding mean my oestrogen level is too high already? I’ve tried Google but can’t work out what to do.
