Good all round quality liquid supplement

Trying to find a good quality liquid or powder supplement with zinc, magnesium, calcium, vitamin C, vitamins B and vitamin D, to provide all round support for menopause.
Anyone any recommendations?

The advice from my gynaecologist is that supplements are a waste of money- in one end and out the other, apart from Vit D.
They don't help menopause symptoms.They just help the manufacturers! Grin

You can get everything you need from a healthy diet, with loads of veg, fruit, nuts, oily fish, whole grains, and full fat natural yogurt.

I take Menopace by Vitabionics been taking it for 3 mths, I feel better for it. It is a tablet though. Not heard of any liquid ones.

I use Floradix liquid supplements.

They're gentle on your system, taste nice and they do a massive range. I use the calcium one (I'm 51) and the liquid iron as I'm veggie. My Mum was a nightmare through menopause as she stopped/started HRT all the time and she's now got really severe hip and knee issues so I'm trying to insure myself against it.
