Really sore boobs on Evorel Sequi

I am on week 3 of these (on my third combined psych) and my boobs are so so sore.

It is the week before my period and they would normally mark a bit but they hurt without being touched. Poor DH nearly got a smack the other day as normally I like them being touched but it hurt so so much.

Anyone else had this, is it likely to settle and anything I can do to help?

Thank you

^patch (although a psych probably a good idea)

I've found mine are super sore, especially my poor nipples. It's my only side effect so I'm happy to put up with it now I can sleep and stop feeling crazy.

That's how I feel too, am a bit more migrainey but always am pre menstrually anyway.

I started on these last summer, the first few months had terribly sore breasts. I did wonder whether if I could put up with it. But, after about 3 months, everything settled down and I don’t get any soreness whatsoever.
Hang in there!

Just reading through some of the experiences and came across this thread - I’m 47 & started a month or so ago and like you my breasts are normally tender a week before my period but since starting evorel sequi they started to hurt much earlier, had my first withdrawal bleed during my 4th conti patch which was just like a light period so hoping that continues as no where near what I’d imagined! just wondering did/does anyone else’s mood still dip I don’t feel as great this month as I did my first - also having period like cramps on & off - is this normal? Wondering if I should just see the first 3 months out and see what I’m like at my review with GP - any advice or shared experiences very welcomed, thanks

I had similar side effects. All balanced out by about 3 months...

I'm on month four of this. I renewed my prescription so that I could keep monitoring as the good outweighed the bad. Month three saw sore nipples and boobs and having to wear a bra in bed. This lasted for about 8 days leading up to my period. Month four has seen none of this but my period started a week earlier than it should have so I'm still on the combined part of the patch where I'd usually be finishing it.
I'm going to keep monitoring things on the balance app and review again I a few months.
