Muscle and Joint pain in menopause

I have fibromyalgia and mixed connective tissues disease so pain is a feature of my life. But in the last year it has ramped up to new heights and I think menopause is making it worse.
I have a GP who I think doesn't really believe in fibro. Also is against HRT even though my mum has osteoporosis.

That of course would be if I could get any kind of consult we have to fill in an eco silt form during surgery hours and they could then phone you at a day and time determined by them ( sometimes up to 2 weeks after e consult filled in). I work full time clinically so can't answer my phone.

The pain and futility of trying to get an appointment is just leaving me exhausted and quite teary. The only way I can see forward is to go private as at least then I can book and appointment at a time I can do.
