Is there an alternative to Utrogestan - I’m taking this vaginally having tried orally but I’m still experiencing bad side effects

I was too. But on 4th month now & it seems to be settling. Stick with it.

Provera (medroxyprogesterone)? It's not bioidentical like Utrogestan but you may tolerate it better.
