Getting know where with Dr's. I need to find natural HRT. I am looking for a oestrogen Gel but also Progesterone tablets. I know they won't prescribe bio identical but I am looking for something that is not synthetic.

Gel and micronised progesterone are available on the NHS and have been for years. There are thousands of women using it.

The correct term is 'body identical' . (Bio is for HRT made in a private lab, not licensed, and not regulated.)

How do you mean you are 'getting nowhere'?
Have you asked your dr for estrogen gel and Utrogestan (the brand name for micronised progesterone.)
