Menopause?

I’m after some advise/help/reassurance. I’m a 51 year old female. I had a ablation on my womb 4 years ago and a Mirena coil fitted. This was done as I was having heavy periods every 2 weeks. I had a stroke 5 years ago and was put on blood thinners which obviously didn’t help. The problem I’m getting is I constantly feel lightheaded with a slight feeling of pressure all over my head. Has anyone else felt like this? No one I ask has had this feeling and at the moment it’s nearly impossible to get a face to face appointment at the doctors. I can’t ask my mum what her menopause was like as she passed away 7 years ago. I don’t think the worrying about it is helping.

Are you still having heavy periods?
Have you been tested for iron anemia?
Dizziness is a potential side effect of blood thinners.

@lljkk no I’ve not had a period since the ablation and I had a full blood works a few weeks ago which showed nothing. I’m at a loss. I did think blood thinners but as I’ve been on them since the stroke and the lightheaded feeling has been only recently I don’t think it’s that 🤷‍♀️
