Anyone suddenly had a long cycle/missed period?

Am 46 and had vague perimenopause symptoms for a few years. Generally though periods been regular with short cycle 21-25 ish days. Suddenly on day 38 with slight PMT and a bit of spotting but no period. Has anyone else had this? I was expecting that cycle might get gradually longer rather than completely random!

(Not PG btw before anyone asks!)

Missed periods, full period only two weeks after finishing the last one, cycle going from regular 28 days to suddenly 43 days for a few months then back again to 28 days -completely random!

Completely random for a couple of years, very light (often just spotting) after a couple of years of flooding, then none for the last six months. I'm 57.

I’ve experienced very similar. I’m 48 and test indicates peri menopause.
