Morning all. I'm currently using Evorel Sequi and have been on them for about 4 months. I'm finding that for the first two weeks when I'm applying the oestrogen-only patches I feel absolutely amazing - I have energy, my brain fog goes, my libido returns. But as soon as I switch to the ones containing progesterone the feeling disappears and doesn't return until I start the cycle again - has anyone else experienced this?
I was wondering whether a potential solution might be to ask the GP if I could switch to Evorel 75 patches (instead of the 50 in the Sequi) and use Utrogestan tablets instead - can anyone who is more knowledgeable than me advise if this is doable? I wondered whether having a higher dose of oestrogen throughout the month might be the solution? Would welcome any advice.
