Has sex affected my periods or just a coincidence?

Have been peri for a few years now. Periods had settled at every 2 months and a bit.

After a very long dry spell I am enjoy a new relationship and my periods have become more frequent, just less than a month between them

So is this a coincidence or has sex restarted everything?

Haha it’s a nice idea but I don’t think that’s how menopause works. If only you could shag your way out of it!

Probably the other way round... the boost in estrogen upped the menstruation but also your sex appeal and libido resulting in the romance
