Estrogel not absorbing

Hi , I’ve been on Estrogel & progesterone continuous since May last year slowly increasing up to 4 pumps however my recent blood test suggests that my estrogen levels are still not quite there , I’ve been advised to try Estradot patches
I’m so unsure and not quite sure why I know that HRT is trial & error and one size doesn’t fit all but I just feel disappointed maybe it’s because it took me such a long time to take HRT

Yes I'm wondering whether mine is absorbing and was thinking of having a patch too.

Op, what are your levels, I'm on patches, doctor told me today my level was 1060 pg/ml. He said level doesn't matter.
