HRT patches keep coming off

I wear them on the side of my hip, they come off after every other shower, I try to keep that side of my body out of the water. Is there anything I can put over them? Already gone through a box in 2 weeks.

I put mine in my groin area underneath my knicker line then I put shaper pants on to make them feel secure as they're tight. I find they don't stick anywhere else! If I put them on my thighs or side they come off in hours, I think its the fine hairs that stop it sticking.
Not tried on my bum as I like to be able to see if it's still on!

There have been so many adhesive issues in the past couple of years that many women have switched to gels (sachets or pump dispensers).

The absolute worst patches for me have been Estraderm estradiol 50, which drop off within hours unless held in place by a graze plaster, use by dates up to 03/22. Evorel went through a phase but seem better now.

The adhesive is made in China, apparently. The things we're dependent on China for ...
