Hysterectomy at 40

Hi. This is my first time posting and very new. I had a full hysterectomy yesterday after years of troubles. Been on Goselerin for 2 years which has been horrific. Truly horrific. I've had a breakdown in that time which has been treated with antidepressants. These haven't worked, obviously as it's hormone related. I've also gained 11 stone in this time too. But yesterday is the start of the new me. Hopefully. Does anyone have any recommendations of estrogen only hrt? I'm clueless and am struggling to find any good impartial advice. Any help would be great.
