Is this a peri menopause thing?

I’m 41 and periods are regular but becoming shorter (a bit)
I’m finding it really hard to manage stress and find myself crying a lot. I do have some stressful things going on in my life but usually I don’t get like this. PMT getting worse too.
Could this be perimenopause and what do I do about it? I feel like I’m on the edge of a break down

Yep. Google Dr Louise Newsom and what Davina McCall has to say. Don’t be afraid of HRT!

I remember my mum being the same as me and as soon as she got on the HRT she was fine. I’ll Google that now. Thank you!

Yes, though I was v angry a lot! I'd never had pmt till peri. It got really bad. I do think things started when I was 40. I had a baby at 41 though and periods came back at 42. That's when it went properly tits up.
