I'm 51 and on HRT. I had bouts of not sleeping and often lacked energy.

I've now cut down on coffee and tea and drink a lot more water. This simple thing has really helped and just wanted to share this with any of you who might have suffered with the same things.

If I'd only had a few hours sleep I used to try and get through the day by drinking lots of coffee. This just made me feel worse.
