Despite showering 2/3 times a day my armpits smell. I'm really self conscious about it.
I've been on hrt for almost 6 weeks but I'm still having hot sweats and night sweats. Has anyone got any tips?
I don't think it's so bad that other people will be able to smell me but I can't be sure. EnvyBlush

Ditch the shower gel and wash with bar soap. Life changing.
Apply this at night after showering

sure maximum

If you apply antiperspirant at night, it's proven to be more effective at keeping you dry than during the day. A study by the British Journal of Dermatology found that if you apply antiperspirant at night – when your body naturally sweats less – “it improves conditions for the active ingredients to enter the duct”.

Thank you. I've not used stick deodorant since I was at high school. Used to make me feel sticky.
I'll give anything a try though.Blush

As well as using bar soap, this natural deodorant is amazing for avoiding pongs. It doesn't stop you sweating but there is absolutely no whiff except for the lush smell of the fragrance.

It was designed for west end dancers (who sweat a lot) and the product itself lasts for ages.
