Does anyone have any suggestions as to what can ease itchy skin please? For weeks now I’ve been scratching like mad (especially on the chest area) and can’t take any more Blush

Low dose antihistamine tablets worked for me. Anthisan cream for topical itching (wash your hands after using it and don't rub your eyes!).

Honestly I tried antihistamine and it didn’t work, I was constantly getting rashes and itching all over like I was in nettles. After being tested for allergies and referred to a specialist hospital I was put on autoimmune injections, 1 month in the rash has gone and I have baby soft skin! I used to suffer with eczema and peri menopause brought it back with my skin drying up everywhere. It’s an extreme option but it worked for me. If you have a history of eczema it might be the underlying cause.
