Symptoms come back after a month on hrt?

I've been on everol sequi for five weeks now and it's been going well except for still having heart burn and the odd hot flush.
For the past week I've not slept well but blamed it on a snoring Dh. He said to me yesterday that he has heard me almost stop breathing a couple of times in the night then startle awake.
Last night he didn't snore much at all but I was awake all night like I was before hrt. I've also had awful hot flushes through the night.
I was going to email my doctor and see if they will sort me out to have a higher dose and some sleeping tablets so I can sleep. Then I remembered I'd taken my patch off in the bath on Saturday and forgot to replace it for an hour or so but surely that can't be why I feel bad again?
Has anyone had this? Will the doctor just say keep going for the full three months worth of everol 50?

Give it longer. 5 weeks is nothing, and for 2 of the first 4 weeks you'd be on the progestin part of the patch. This can cause symptoms to appear again but it may get better as your body gets used to it.
Presumably this lack of sleep also coincided with the withdrawal bleed at the end of the month?

Sort of. I bleed for a day and that was about three days ago.
