Am I perimenopausal,?

I am 49 and on progesterone pill for contraception. I want to stop it but after a few days of not taking it, I itched like crazy in the vagina area. So I went back on the pill and the itching stopped. Anyway of knowing if I can stop the pill and what to do to stop the itching if it starts up?

It sounds like you need specialist knowledge OP. I know people come on here for medical advice but I would go to your GP- or ask your pharmacist if it's too hard to get an appointment. They're really helpful and highly trained.
