Bleeding at the wrong time on HRT. What to do about progesterone?!

I've started bleeding before I start taking the progesterone (about 10 days after the last bleed) - I'm on oestrogel every day and progesterone for 12 days. Am due to start the next progesterone on the 1 Jan.

I was still having regular periods when I started HRT, and it kind of felt as though I ovulated this month, so I wonder if my natural cycle has somehow overriden the HRT. But what should I do about the progesterone? It feels as though I won't have any womb lining left .....

Ideally you should try to take the next progesterone mid-cycle to link it with your own rising progesterone. That would make it around mid January.
